Day 9: Porrino to Arcade: 14.5 miles
Today had some difficulties. The altimetry revealed a steady climb from 35 m to 235 m, a steep descent to 30 m and then another later climb to 150 m, descent to 20, climb to 70 and then down to sea level. And of course it was a long walk. It also was primarily through urban and suburban areas with periodic oasis walks in the woods. Then we approached Arcade......Spectacular crescendo at the end. Even made us willing to add 2 km at the end of the day Through the urban Porrino..
